Red Raiders and Patriots have moved up first pitch due to the possibility of inclement weather.
LUBBOCK, Texas – Today's NCAA Lubbock Regional game between No. 8 Texas Tech baseball and Dallas Baptist has been moved up to a 4:36 p.m. first pitch at Dan Law Field at Rip Griffin Park due to the possibility of inclement weather in the Lubbock area Saturday night.
The Red Raiders and Patriots were originally slated for a 6 p.m. start tonight for the winner's bracket showdown of the Lubbock Regional. Tech defeated Army on Friday, 11-2, while DBU topped Florida, 11-8.
Tonight's game will still be available on ESPN3 and the WatchESPN app. Fans can listen to the action on the Texas Tech Sports Network through 97.3 FM, the TuneIn app, the 97.3 app and the audio-only link on TexasTech.TV.
Florida and Army are currently playing an elimination game. The winner will face the loser of Texas Tech-DBU on Sunday at 12 p.m.
