LUBBOCK, Texas – The Big 12/BIG EAST Battle matchup between Texas Tech and St. John's has been canceled due to coronavirus concerns from St. John's University. The Red Storm administration announced its decision on Monday to cancel the game which was scheduled to be played on Thursday at the United Supermarkets Arena in Lubbock.
A complete rundown of ticketing options will be emailed to individuals who purchased tickets for the St. John's game. The Texas Tech basketball program is currently working to schedule a replacement game.
