COACH SPEAK (HC KRISTA GERLICH):
"We're excited about tomorrow's game. Obviously, they'll be some emotions for all of us, but especially our seniors since it is their last game in United Supermarkets Arena. But I hope that our fans will really come out and honor our three seniors, they will play their very best and that our entire team plays their very best in honor of them. This group of seniors is very special to me because they each really came in with one year of eligibility left and this is where they wanted to spend it. They chose to spend it here, and I will be forever indebted to them because they are part of the culture we're trying to build and the program we are trying to start. This group has done a fantastic job of coming in and giving us all they have. They're great basketball players but even better players."
UP NEXT:
Texas Tech will close out the 2021-22 regular season on Sunday afternoon when they head to No. 5 Baylor. Tip-off from Waco is set for 2 p.m.
