LUBBOCK, Texas – Texas Tech's three-game road swing continues into Seattle, where the Red Raiders will square off against Washington Thursday night at the Husky Soccer Stadium. Kick off is set for 9 p.m.

Texas Tech (1-1-2) kicked off the three-game road swing in The Golden State, where the Red Raiders earned a draw with Fullerton. Tech looks to break the two-game draw streak in its first ever meeting with Washington (3-0-1). Â

Scouting the Huskies
Washington is undefeated as they return home to take on the Red Raiders. The Huskies return home after a Southern California road trip, where they faced Loyola Marymount and Long Beach State last weekend. The Huskies came away with a 0-0 draw at LMU but came back and won 5-1 over Long Beach State.

Karlee Stueckle is leading the team with three goals over the first four games of the season. The senior has set a single-season point total (7). Kyla Ferry and Hailey Still both have multiple goals.

- Macy Blackburn was the Red Raiders lone Preseason All-Big 12 selection. The defender led the squad with nine assists last season and racked up Big 12 All-Freshman Team, Midwest All-Region Second Team and the TopDrawerSoccer.com All-Freshman Second Team honors.
- After leading the team with nine assists a year ago, Blackburn picked up right where she left off, tallying two against Troy in the opener and one against New Mexico. She has all three assists on Tech's three goals.
- While Macy Blackburn has tallied the helper in all three of Tech's goals, the goal has been scored by three different Red Raiders. Charlotte Teeter, Ashleigh Williams and Macy Schultz all have a goal on the season.
- The Red Raiders lost the team's leading scorer from a year ago in Kirsten Davis. However, the team does return its second leading scorer (Ashleigh Williams), assists leader (Blackburn) and saves leader (Madison White).
- White enters the season ranked fifth in Tech's career goals against record (0.93), fourth in career shutouts (19) and seventh in career saves (145).
- The Red Raiders boast a young roster with the addition of 10 freshmen. Freshman Kylie Bahr is the only freshmen to have started every games so far this season. Freshman Peyton Parsons has now made back-to-back starts against New Mexico and Cal State Fullerton.
- Bahr also etched her name into the Texas Tech Soccer beep test record. The freshman broke a 15-year-old fitness test record.
- This season's captains are super senior Charlotte Teeter and fourth-year senior Hannah Anderson. Teeter opened up her last season as a Red Raider with a goal in the opener against Troy.
- The Red Raider backline and goalie Madison White have allowed just 18 shots so far this season, only nine of which have been on goal. Tech has had just two goals scored against them this season.
