Notes:
- The Medinah Country Club has hosted the 2012 Ryder Cup, three U.S. Opens and two PGA Championships since it was founded in the 1920s.Â
- This will be the fifth time Texas Tech will compete at the Medinah Country Club in history.Â
- The 2024 edition will feature 15 teams in total. Playing two rounds on Monday, Oct. 7 with a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. CT, and the final round on Tuesday, Oct. 8 with another shotgun start at 9 a.m. CT.
- Texas Tech placed first in its most recent tournament at the Red Raider Invitational.
- Sophomore Klara Hurtova previously matched her single-round career-low in the final round, 5-under-par 67, at the Red Raider Invitational earning her second place.
- At the 2023 Illini Women's Invitational at Medinah, Texas Tech finished in 13th place as a team shooting 29 over par.Â
- Texas Tech's squad features Lauren Zaretsky;Â she was selected to compete as an individual at the 2024 NCAA Las Vegas Regional.Â
- The Texas Tech staff in 2024 features Anna Dong, hired on Aug. 27, 2024. Dong was the 2023 Big 12 Scholar-Athlete of the Year who played five seasons for Robertson.
