
Red Raiders head to the Big 12/SEC Challenge

LUBBOCK, Texas – The Texas Tech men's tennis team heads back to Waco, Texas this weekend to compete in the Big 12/SEC Challenge.
Representing the Red Raiders are Niksa Arsic, Thiago Guglieri and Ludovico Vaccari, who will make their second trip to Waco this season to face off against top talent from Baylor, Arizona State, Texas A&M and Arizona.
The last time the Red Raiders took the courts in Waco, Vaccari dominated after going undefeated in singles. He delivered a trio of strong victories. Meanwhile, the duo of Arsic and Guglieri returns to doubles play, where they've continued their doubles domination. The pair closed out last season with 10 wins, highlighted by strong results against Oklahoma State, Nevada and Florida Gulf Coast. Arsic has also been a steady competitor in singles, playing in tough matches against nationally ranked opponents, while Guglieri has been pushing matches to three sets throughout the season.
The Red Raiders will begin the tournament on Friday and will continue competing over the weekend on Saturday and Sunday. Matches can be viewed on PlaySight for the duration of the tournament.
