Team Notes:

Texas Tech returns to the Prestige as the event's defending champion, winning the 2024 edition convincingly by 12 strokes.
The Red Raiders have found great success at the Prestige in recent history, also being the event's runner-up in 2023. Ludvig Aberg captured medalist honors that season.

Player Notes:

Senior Calum Scott, who is on the Hogan Award Watch List and in the PGA Tour U Top 25, is coming off his best round of the season last time out by firing a 6-under 66 in round three of the Amer Ari Intercollegiate. He owns a 71.5 scoring average this season.
Senior Charlie DeLong, the fourth annual Prestige Individual tournament champion, is set to participate in the team portion of the event in his second trip to the Coachella Valley with the Red Raiders. DeLong enters this week as Texas Tech's scoring average leader at 70.2 over 12 rounds.
Sophomore Tim Wiedemeyer is fresh off setting a new career-low for 54-hole scoring (vs. par) at the Amer Ari Intercollegiate last week by firing a 6-under-par 210 over three days.
Connor Graham is seeking to continue his impressive freshman season in his first trip to the Prestige. Graham tied for the Red Raiders top score last time out (-10), aided by firing a season-low 6-under-par 66 in the second round of the Amer Ari Intercollegiate.
Price Hill enjoyed one of his best performances for the Red Raiders in his career to start the spring. He now owns Texas Tech's lowest round carded in the 2024-25 season having shot a 7-under-par 65 in the final round of the Amer Ari Intercollegiate on Feb. 9.
Sophomore Ben Gregg and freshman Sean Keeling will both be in action as well, participating in the fifth annual Prestige Individual Tournament, less than 10 miles away from the Norman Course at PGA WEST, at the Golf Club at Terra Lago in an individual circuit. They will look to replicate teammate DeLong, who won the event last year besting the 2024 field with a 7-under-par 209 for the week.
