• His .378 average was the highest single-season batting average in a full season by a Red Raider since 2018 when Josh Jung hit .392.
• Led the Red Raiders in average (.378), doubles (21), runs scored (52) and sac-flies (6)
• Ended the season second in hits (68), on-base percentage (.438) and slugging percentage (.583)
• Opened the season with at least one base hit in 16 straight games (Feb. 16-Mar. 13)
• Had 20 multiple hit games including a 5-for-5 game at UCF (Mar. 28)
• Recorded six straight multiple hit games from Feb. 21 to Mar. 2
• Drove in multiple runs in nine contests including four, four RBI performances
• Scored twice and walked in the victory over Nebraska (Feb. 17)

2023 (Freshman/1st Yr.):
- Was impactful both as a pitcher and a hitter during his freshman campaign
- Made eight appearances out of the bullpen, finishing 1-0 with a 6.14 ERA across 7.1 innings pitched
- Batted .133 with three home runs and seven RBIs
- Earned career win No. 1 with an electric collegiate pitching debut on Feb. 20 vs. Gonzaga
- Entered a 8-8 ballgame in the top of the ninth and proceeded to strike out the side, stranding the go-ahead run at second in the process
- First career hit was a grand slam on March 15 vs. UT-Arlington
- First three home runs of his career came in a three-game stretch from March 15 vs. UT-Arlington to March 18-19 vs. No. 12 Oklahoma State
- Batted .333 (4-12) with three home runs and seven RBIs over this stretch
- Made his NCAA Tournament debut out of the bullpen on June 4 vs. No. 2 Florida
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Haltom High School where he played infield under coach Garrett Thomas … was named a First Team All-District Shortstop in 2022, and Utility player of the year in 2021 … a top 500 recruit in the nation and the 49th rated player in Texas, according to Perfect Game … played travel ball over the summer with the Texas Stix under coach Evan Mistich.
