• Tossed 4.2 innings and allowed three runs
• Held opponents to a .235 batting average
• Made his Tech debut tossing two-thirds of an inning scoreless at Grand Canyon (Mar. 8)
• Tossed a career-high two innings against TCU (Mar. 21)
• Allowed just one run in two innings pitched against UTRGV (Apr. 30).
Prior to Texas Tech:
Galveston College (2024):
• Played with future Red Raider teammate Kyeler Thompson
• Made 16 appearances and 13 starts for the Whitecaps
• Pitched 67.0 innings and went 4-3 with a save
• Struck out 64 batters and pitched to an ERA of 4.43
• Did not allow a run in four innings and struck out five in the 2-1 win over Angelina College (Jan. 30)
• Got his lone save of the season in a scoreless inning of work in the win over North Central Texas College (Feb. 7)
• Whiffed a season-high 11 batters in five scoreless innings earning his second win of the season in the 4-0 victory over Temple College (Feb. 21)
• Went seven one-run innings with seven punchouts in the Whitecaps 14-2 win over Alvin Community College (Feb. 29)
• Tossed five shutout innings and struck out three batters in a 10-0 win over Coastal Bend College (Mar. 7)
• Shined in seven one-run innings in a 3-1 win over San Jacinto College-North (Apr. 25)
High School: Attended Vista Ridge High School in Cedar Park, Texas … Played for coach Matt Garver … Also played summer ball for the Texelite Titans.
Personal: Son of Jodi Fetchel and Tony Fetchel … The youngest of three children … Has one brother Nathan and a sister Macy … Father Tony played Baseball at Cal State Fullerton, for the Sioux Falls Canaries (Indy Ball) and in the Los Angeles Angels organization … Intends to major in Sports Management.
