Competed in seven meets... Big 12 silver medalist in the 110m hurdles and sixth in the 200m... competed on the 4x100 team at the NCAA meet running the anchor leg... represented his country of The Bahamas in the 2024 Paris Olympics making a semifinals run in the 110m hurdles.
2024 INDOOR
Competed in seven meets... Big 12 bronze medalist in the 60m hurdles and fourth-place finisher in the 60m... capped off his season at the NCAA meet running in the 60m hurdles and 60m.
2023 OUTDOOR
Hurdled in seven meets... claimed 2nd at the Big 12 Championships (13.46w)... placed 8th at the NCAA West prelims before finishing 22nd in qualifying at the NCAA Outdoor meet.
2023 INDOOR
As a true freshman who arrived in January, Andrews quickly solidified himself as one of the elite young hurdlers in the country, competing in only five meets... his first indoor season included two top-10 all-time 60m hurdle marks for Tech... he captured 2nd at the Big 12 Championships (7.59) before placing 6th at the NCAA Indoor meet (7.73).
PRIOR TO TECH
Andrews hails from Nassau, Bahamas and captured the U20 gold medal with a personal best time of 13.23 (+0.2), this past August in Cali, Colombia. In the process, it was the U20 world leading time and set a national junior record for the Bahamas.
