Ran in five meets for the Red Raiders … took seventh in the 5000m at the UTSA Invitational … ran a 10K PR of 31:07.92 at the San Francisco Distance Carnival … took sixth in the 5000m at the Texas Tech Corky/Crofoot Shootout … placed eighth in the 5000m at the Bryan Clay Invitational … placed 13th in the 10,000m at the Big 12 Championships.
2018 INDOOR
Ran in two meets … placed second in the 5000m at the Texas Tech Red & Black Open … took seventh in the 3000m at the Texas Tech Shootout.
2017 XC
Ran in seven meets … finished runner-up at the Texas Tech – New Mexico State Duel … took 18th at the Texas Invitational … placed 15th at the Chile Pepper XC Festival … ran an 8K PR of 24:41.1 at the Adidas Pre-Nationals … placed 27th at the Big 12 Championship.
2016 OUTDOOR
Competed in four meets during the outdoor season ... opened the year at the TCU Invitational with a time of 8:55.65 in the 3000 meters ... followed it up with a second-place finish and a personal-best of 15:28.80 in the 5000m at the Texas Tech Open ... added another PR in the event at the Michael Johnson Invitational after going 15:24.56.
2016 INDOOR
Only traveled once during indoors, competing in the 3000 meters at the New Mexico Team Invite and finishing with a time of 9:25.10.
2015 CROSS COUNTRY
Named to the Academic All-Big 12 Second Team ... ran in every meet for the Red Raiders during the cross country season ... opened with an 11th-place time at the Texas Tech Open in the four-mile at 21:14.82 ... followed it up with a fifth-place mark at the ACU Classic Invite 6K at 19:32.78 ... put up his best time in the 8K at the Bronco Invitational behind a time of 24:45.3 ... represented Texas Tech at the Big 12 Championships (26:12.8 - 8K) and the NCAA Mountain Regional (32:55.95 - 10K).
2015 OUTDOOR
Competed in three different meets in three different events and was in the top six in each one ... opened in the 10000-meter run at the Texas Tech Open in second at 33:28.33 ... placed sixth in the 1500 meters at the West Texas A&M Twilight to a time of 4:21.21 ... placed fourth at the Red Raider Open in the 5000-meter run at 16:02.12.
2015 INDOOR
Ran in three meets during the indoor season ... picked up two top 10 finishes, his first coming in the 3000 meters at the Texas Tech Open at 9:03.23 ... the other coming at the Masked Rider Open in the 5000-meter run at 15:58.07.
2014 CROSS COUNTRY
Suited up for all seven of Tech's major meets ... His best performance came at the Big 12 Championships, where he was the third Red Raider to cross the finish line, finishing the 8,00o-meter course in 25:48.8, in 51st place ... Placed 85th at the Mountain Region Championships, navigating the 10,000 meter course in 32:43.75.

Lettered three years at Lake Highlands High School...competed in the 5,000-meters, 3,200-meters and 1,600-meters...recorded a personal-best time of 16:32 in the 5,000-meters....recorded a personal-best time of 9:55 in the 3,200-meters....recorded a personal-best time of 4:39 in the 1,600-meters...2009 All-State selection...2008 honorable mention All-Conference ...
