Vaulted in seven meets โฆ placed fifth at Red Raider Invitational โฆ took fourth at Texas Tech Classic โฆ recorded a 4.99m/16โ-4.5โ at the Texas Tech Open โฆ placed fifth at Texas Tech Shootout โฆ highest finish and best mark came at Texas Tech Matador Qualifier when he vaulted a 5.00m/16โ-4.75โ to place third.
2017 OUTDOOR
Competed in six events for the Red Raiders ... finished top-10 in all six competitions, with three top-three finishes ... kicked off the season at the UTSA Invitational with a second-place finishing height of 4.80m/15-9 ... improved to a 4.85m/15-11 mark in his next two meets ... hit his lifetime-best at the 2017 Horned Frog Invitational where he cleared 5.06m/16-7.25 for second-place overall.ย
2017 INDOOR
Participated in five meets during the indoor season ... finished top-eight in four out of the five ... closed with a season-best at the Big 12 Track & Field Indoor Championship at 4.92m/16-1.75 for seventh-place and All-Big 12 honors.ย
TARLETON STATE
Carlton made major improvements from his freshman to sophomore year at Tarleton, improving his mark by an entire foot. Carlton had three first-place finishes in his last season at Tarleton State and cleared 16โ 0.75โโ to set a new personal-recordโฆ Carlton also had two first-place finishes in 2015.
MANSFIELD LEGACY HIGH SCHOOL
