2008 INDOOR: Ran a season best in the mile with a time of 5:54.28 at the Texas Tech Invitational ... ran a season best 11:35.60 in the 3000M at the Texas Tech Invitational.
2007 OUTDOOR: Competed in the 1500M, 3000M and 5000M setting personal bests in all three ... ran a 5:28.28 in the 1500M at the UTEP Invite ... clocked a 11:37.00 in the 3000M at the Texas Tech Open ... ran an 18.37.19 in the 5000M at the Oliver Jackson Open.
2007 INDOOR: Competed in three events ... set a personal best in the mile finishing third at the Texas Tech Open with a time of 5:49.98 ... ran the DMR at the Texas Tech Invitational with a team time of 13:04.17 ... also ran the 3000M at the Texas Tech Invitational in a time of 12:34.45, a personal best.
HIGH SCHOOL: Best times include: 11:47 in the two mile and 19:54 in the 5k.
PERSONAL: Born on July 22, 1987, to Larry and Maria Edman... father is an alumnus of BYU and works as a project manager... mother graduated from Tomball JC and is a flight attendant... has five siblings... fields of interest are sports medicine and athletic training.
