Texas Tech welcomes Nebraska, Wichita State, K-State for one-day meet
LUBBOCK, Texas – Texas Tech Track & Field is set to host Nebraska, Wichita State and Kansas State for the Texas Tech Corky/Crofoot Shootout on Friday at the Terry and Linda Fuller Track & Field Stadium.

The meet is set to start with the women's javelin at 11 a.m. All throwing events will take place at the throwing field, located at 2903 4th street.
Â
The running events will begin with the women's 3,000-meter steeplechase at 5:20 p.m. Before running events begin, 20 track & field seniors will be honored on the track.
Â
Admission to the meet is free for all fans and the clear bag policy is in effect.

Parking for fans and spectators will be available in lots C1 and C4.

Kaylee Amershek, Clark Blunt, Hunter Carlton, Steven Champlin, Trey Culver, Colten Gayle, Hunter Hopkins, Tayler Jameson, Kirsten Johnson, CJ Jones, Erin Lopez, Todd Mickey, Paetyn Revell, Hattie Schunk, Darien Tennon, Jasmine Torres, Megan Wood, Ebenether Wondaferew, Dorian Williams and Lauren Younger will be honored this weekend for their contribution to the Texas Tech Track & Field team.
