The Demons (2-2) enter Friday's contest coming off a pair of tough losses to Jackson State and Louisiana Monroe. Northwestern State opened the season with wins over LeTourneau and Central Baptist. The Demons will look to disrupt the Lady Raider offense, as they've forced 29.75 turnovers per game through four games, ranking second in the nation. Demon Jasmyn Johnson ranks sixth nationally in steals with 16 this season. Northwestern State is led by head coach Jordan Dupuy.

Averaging 20 points per game, Tucker is the third-highest scoring freshman in the nation and top rookie scorer in the Big 12. Her 11 rebounds per game rank fourth in the nation among freshmen and first in the conference.
