LUBBOCK, Texas  – The Texas Tech Lady Raider basketball team heads back out on the road this week when it travels to face Kansas State in Manhattan, Kan. The Lady Raiders and Wildcats tip off Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. on ESPN+.

ABOUT THE LADY RAIDERS
The Lady Raiders look to stay hot heading into their final 10 games of the season, coming off a 109-79 rout of Oklahoma State in which Tech broke the Big 12 record for threes in a game and scored the most points in a Big 12 game in 20 seasons.

Second-year Lady Raider head coach Marlene Stollings boasts a deep team. Led by Brittany Brewer, who ranks second in the nation in blocks and is averaging a double-double, and 2019 Big 12 Freshman of the Year Chrislyn Carr, Texas Tech has already experienced plenty of success in 2020 which the team will look to build on over the final month of the season. The Lady Raiders finished the nonconference schedule undefeated for the first time in eight seasons at 11-0. Additionally, led by 29 points from Andrayah Adams, Tech picked up its first overtime win in four years last week.

EYEING THE OPPONENT
The Kansas State Wildcats (9-10, 3-5 Big 12) come into Wednesday's game coming off a 65-61 loss at TCU that snapped a two-game win streak. The Wildcats are led by a pair of players averaging double-doubles in senior Peyton Williams (15.6 points, 11.9 rebounds) and freshman Ayoka Lee (15.3 points, 11.0 rebounds). Both rank in the top 10 in the conference in scoring and rebounding as well. As a team, Kansas State ranks ninth in the country in rebounds per game (44.2) and 11th in the country in blocks per game (5.6). Head coach Jeff Mittie is in his sixth season at the helm of the Wildcat program.

- In Saturday's win over Oklahoma State, Texas Tech hit 20 three-pointers (20-of-31, 64.5 percent) on the day to set a new Big 12 record. The previous was 18 by TCU in 2017. Additionally, Tech's 109 points against OSU are the second-most ever in a Big 12 game.

- Prior to their game against Oklahoma, the Lady Raiders were shooting 24.6 percent (30-of-122) from three-point range in conference play. That has changed dramatically over the last three games, as Texas Tech is shooting 41.3 percent (43-of-104) from three-point range.

- On Saturday against Oklahoma State, sophomore Chrislyn Carr recorded a career high 13 assists en route to her second double-double of the season. Carr's 13 assists are the most by any player in the Big 12 this season.
