- His four starts were each midweek starts over four consecutive weeks from March 29 to April 19.
- Was the pitcher of record for two of the games, went 1-1, and totaled 11.0 IP over the four starts with a 3.27 ERA. Struck out 11 and walked six.
- Earned a win in his first start of the season on March 29 versus Stephen F. Austin. Went a career-high 4.0 IP and tossed a career-high five strikeouts in the win.
- One of the most used bullpen arms in the month of May and into the postseason logging eight appearances and had a 3.52 ERA in that stretch.
