Dusty Hannahs is one of the top returning 3-point shooters in the Big 12 Conference. Hannahs played in all 31 games last season and recorded 17 starts as a freshman. He also excelled in the classroom, being named to the Big 12 Commissioner[apos]s Honor Roll for two straight semesters.

PRIOR TO TEXAS TECH -- Dusty Hannahs named the 2011-12 Arvest Arkansas High School Player of the Year by the Dowtown Tip Off Club ... a two-time All-State honoree ... 2012 4A-7 District MVP ... a three-time 4A-7 All-District selection ... led Pulaski Academy to the Arkansas Class 4A State title game, where he netted 42 points ... scored 40 points three times as a senior ... averaged 20 points per game as a senior ... averaged 26.2 points as a junior in leading the Bruins to a 22-4 record, a district title and a trip to the Elite Eight of the Arkansas Class 4A playoffs ... rated as a two star recruit by ESPN.com and Rivals.com ... also recruited by Arkansas State, Southern Methodist, Central Arkansas, Southeast Missouri, Louisiana Tech, Rice, Army and Air Force, in addition to interest from Arkansas, Florida and Minnesota ...
