Finished 24th at the 2016 NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 110-meter hurdles ... ran the eighth-fastest overall qualifying time, placing second in his quarterfinal heat at 13.74 seconds to advance ... is the seventh Red Raider to qualify in the event ... entered the 2016 NCAA West Preliminaries with a time of 13.59 seconds in the men's 110-meter hurdles, which ranked sixth in the region ... defended his Big 12 outdoor title in the 110 hurdles on May 15 after charging down the track to a time of 13.82 seconds ... has not lost a hurdle final this outdoor season ... opened up at the Wes Kittley Invitational on April 9 to a wind-aided 13.67 (+5.2 m/s) ... clocked in with a wind-legal 13.59 at the Masked Rider Open on May 6 to leap into the top 10 in the region ... has also been featured on three of the men's 4x100 relay squads this season, running the leadoff leg ... helped Texas Tech to an All-Big 12 performance at the conference meet, finishing sixth.

Earned Second Team All-America honors at the NCAA Indoor Championships in the 60-meter hurdles after finishing 13th with a time of 7.84 seconds ... successfully defended his Big 12 title, crossing the finish line with the 10th-best time in school history at 7.74 seconds ... opened the season with a U.S. leading time of 7.75 seconds at the Arkansas Invitational on Jan. 15 ... was not defeated in a hurdle final for a full month of competition.
2015 OUTDOOR
Followed up his stellar indoor season with five first-place finishes during the outdoor campaign ... set a personal-best in the 110-meter hurdles at the UTSA Challenge behind a first-place mark of 13.60 ... followed it up the next week at the Texas Relays with another PR and top finish at 13.56 ... would match that time as he crossed the finish line as the Big 12 110-meter hurdles champion on May 17 ... qualified for the NCAA West Preliminaries, where he finished 15th with a time of 13.82.
2015 INDOOR
Immediately made his mark on the Texas Tech hurdles division, setting the school record in the 55-meter hurdles and peppering his name on the all-time top 10 list in the 60-meter hurdles in his first season as a Red Raider ... broke the five-year-old school standard on Feb. 20 at the Red Raider Open behind a time of 7.16 ... also holds the seventh-best time in the event set almost a month earlier of 7.22 at the Masked Rider Open ... finished in second or first in every race of the indoor season, featuring four first-place times and three second-place marks ... claimed the Big 12 title in the 60-meter hurdles behind a finish of 7.76 seconds ... ran the second-fastest time in the prelims of the NCAA Indoor Championships at 7.64 ... that time ranks third all-time at Texas Tech ... finished runner-up at the Indoor Championships behind a mark of 7.69 seconds, which ranks seventh in program history, earning him First Team All-America honors.

Ran the top NJCAA 60mH time in the nation in 2013, a 7.68 at the Tyson Invitational, which would have been good enough for No. 7 on the NCAA indoor list ... He also took third at the NJCAA National Championships in the 110 meter hurdles.
