2008 INDOOR: Earned all-conference honors for placing eighth in the 1000M at the Big 12 Championships ... ran a season best of 2:17.27 in the 800M and a 5:08.21 in the mile.
2007 OUTDOOR: Named All-Big 12 in the 800M ... set personal records in the 1500M, 3000M, 3K steeple chase, and 800M... a 4:33.56 in the 1500M at the Drake Relays ... 10:41.26 in the 3000M at the Jim Click Shootout ... 11:17.92 in the 3K steeple chase at the Jim Click Shootout ... ran a NCAA regional qualifying time of 2:08.69 in the 800M at the Big 12 Championships prelims ... placed seventh in the 800M with a time of 2:13.37, earning all-conference at the Big 12 Championships ... member of the DMR team that placed first at the Texas Relays with a time of 11:39.42.
