Ran in four meets in his second indoor season ... lowered his 60m time in each of his four meets of the season, eventually running a season-best 6.74 at the Matador Qualifier to place third ... dropped below 6.80 in the Qualifier's prelims as well, clocking 6.78 ... also ran the 200m twice, with a season-best 21.53 coming at the Texas Tech Shootout.
2019 OUTDOOR
Competed in two meets for Tech following spring football ... ran the 100m at the Masked Rider Open, turning in a collegiate-best 10.73 ... qualified for the Big 12 Championships, where he placed 18th in the 100m with a 10.82 in Norman.
2019 INDOOR
Ran in three meets ... started his Tech track career with a semi-final appearance in a stacked 60m field at the Texas Tech Classic, where he ran a 6.77 ... ran the 200m at the Texas Tech Shootout, going 21.33 to place eighth ... PR'd in the 60m at the Big 12 Championships with a 6.71 to earn a spot in the final, but did not race due to injury.

Attended The Woodlands High School in The Woodlands, Texas ... among the most dynamic receivers in the state of Texas ... named the District 12-6A MVP following his senior year after leading The Woodlands to a playoffs appearance ... finished with 635 receiving yards and 15 touchdowns through the air as a senior ... recorded 930 yards through the air as a junior in 2016 to go along with 15 receiving touchdowns ... also posted 163 rushing yards and a pair of touchdowns on the ground that season ... rated a three-star prospect by Rivals, ESPN and 247Sports ... ranked as the No. 106 overall player in the state of Texas by 247Sports ... on the track, he finished first in the 100-meter dash at the USATF National Junior Olympic Championships in July 2017 ... won the event in 10.35 seconds
