Spent two years at Navarro Junior College prior to transferring to Texas Tech ... played in seven games his second year at Navarro where he helped the Bulldogs win the Southwest Junior College Football Conference championship ... hauled in four catches for 67 yards for an average of 16.8 yards per reception ... did the majority of his damage during conference play with three catches for 56 yards ... recorded a season-high two catches, including a long of 22 yards, against Tyler J.C. (Sept. 14) ... also flashed value in the return game with a 10-yard punt return against Trinity Valley (Nov. 2) and a 23-yard kickoff return against New Mexico Military (Nov. 9) ... completed his lone pass of the year on a fake field goal in the title game that led to a go-ahead score in the fourth quarter ... redshirted his 2018 true freshman season.
