2021 SEASON (JUNIOR)
Served as a backup quarterback during lone season as a Red Raider … did not see any game action but was part of dress roster throughout the season … elected to enter the transfer portal immediately following the season.
PRIOR TO TEXAS TECH
Transferred to Texas Tech after spending one season at Troy … appeared in one game during his lone season at Troy … inserted late in the season at Appalachian State where he was 0-for-2 on pass attempts while also rushing for three yards … joined the Trojans after leading the NJCAA in passing yards in each of his two seasons at Navarro College … only the fourth player since 1970 and the first since 2004-05 to lead the NJCAA in passing yards in consecutive seasons … garnered first team All-America honors in each of his two seasons after combining for 6,635 passing yards and 56 touchdowns over 21 career games … tabbed the NJCAA Offensive Player of the Year following sophomore season in 2019 … averaged 348.5 passing yards per game over his two seasons and finished with a 62.9 completion percentage … departed as the Southwest Junior College Football Conference and the Navarro College record holder for completions, attempts, passing yards and touchdown passes … snapped the Navarro record for single-game passing yards as a freshman in 2018 after throwing for 552 yards with six touchdowns against Trinity Valley C.C. … completed 249-of-403 passes (61.8 percent) for 3,150 yards and 27 touchdowns as a freshman … led the country in completions, passing yards, touchdown passes and ranked third for both passing efficiency and completion percentage as a sophomore … threw for 3,485 yards and 29 touchdowns that season on 236-of-368 passing (64.1 percent) … had 691 more passing yards than any other player in the country in 2019 … redshirted his 2017 true freshman season … signed with Troy as the No. 2 pro-style quarterback at the JUCO level by 247Sports.

Attended McNeil High School in his hometown of Austin, Texas … was a second-team All-District 13-6A selection following both his junior and senior seasons … recognized as an honorable mention Academic All-State honoree as a senior.
