2021 SEASON (SENIOR)
Continued to show his versatility during final collegiate season as a Red Raider โฆ battled injuries late in the season, limiting him to nine games with one start at linebacker โฆ switched his jersey number from No. 41 to No. 24 for his final season โฆ credited with appearing in 108 snaps on defense as well as 63 on special teams โฆ made six tackles on the year, including a sack, to go along with two quarterback hurries โฆ tackle count was compiled over three games with one stop against Houston (9/4), three against Florida International (9/18) and two at Kansas (10/16) โฆ the Red Raiders were a combined 3-0 in those three games โฆ one of his tackles against FIU went for a 15-yard sack, the first of his career โฆ also had a quarterback hurry against Kansas as well as Oklahoma State (11/20) โฆ returned for the final two games of the regular season against Oklahoma State and Baylor (11/27) after missing three-straight games due to injury โฆ also held out of the AutoZone Liberty Bowl against Mississippi State (12/28) โฆ AWARDS AND HONORS: recognized on the Academic All-Big 12 first team for work in the classroom.
2020 SEAS0N (SENIOR)
Made an immediate impact on defense and on special teams as possibly the most versatile player on the Red Raider roster โฆ played a variety of roles on defense with the ability to move to any linebacker spot as well as the Spur position โฆ appeared in all 10 games on the year with six starts overall โฆ recorded 32 tackles, including 4.5 that went for a loss โฆ ranked sixth on the team in tackles for a loss โฆ added three quarterback hurries, a pass breakup and a forced fumble โฆ recorded at least two tackles in every game and had five or more twice โฆ came into the season with only one multi-tackle performance in his career โฆ posted at least one tackle for a loss in five different games as well โฆ continued to be a presence on special teams, a trend that began while at Duke โฆ got his hands on one of Texas Techโs three blocked kicks on the season โฆ all six of his starts came during Big 12 play against the likes of Texas, Iowa State, West Virginia, Oklahoma, TCU and Kansas โฆ SEASON HIGHLIGHTS: recorded two tackles in his Red Raider debut against Houston Baptist (9/12) โฆ snapped his previous career high for tackles with five two weeks later in the Big 12 opener versus Texas (9/26) โฆ contest began a four-game streak with a tackle for loss โฆ performance against Texas also included a blocked punt in the second quarter, the first by a Red Raider since Thomas Leggett got his hands on one at Iowa State in 2018 โฆ marked the first blocked kick of his career โฆ combined for nine tackles in the next three games with two coming at Kansas State (10/3), four at Iowa State (10/10) and three in the win over West Virginia (10/24) โฆ had a tackle for a loss in all three of those games along with his first quarterback hurry of the season against the Wildcats โฆ snapped his career high with six tackles against Oklahoma (10/31), while adding a quarterback hurry โฆ posted three tackles in two of the final three games of the season, both wins, against Baylor (11/14) and Kansas (12/5) โฆ had two tackles, including a shared stop for a loss, in between those two games at Oklahoma State (11/28) โฆ outing versus Kansas also included his final quarterback hurry for the season and his lone pass breakup โฆ SENIOR DECISION: elected to return to Texas Tech for one final season of eligibility as granted by the NCAA.

Graduate of St. Lukeโs Preparatory School in New Canaan, Conn. โฆ played his finalย two seasons at St. Lukeโs after previously attending Roy C. Ketchum High Schoolย near his hometown of Lagrange, N.Y. as a freshman and sophomore โฆ earned USAย Today High School All-USA Connecticut Team accolades as a senior โฆ recorded 81 tackles and a pair of interceptions during final season โฆ previously posted 65 tackles, a sack, five interceptions and three forced fumbles as a junior โฆ performance helped push St. Lukeโs to a 7-2 record and a share of the Fairchester Athletic Associationย title โฆ totaled 29 tackles and an interception during his sophomore season in New York โฆ garnered Class AA, League 1 All-Conference accolades as a runningย back that season as well โฆ also lettered in baseball during prep career โฆ helpedย Roy C. Ketchum to the New York State regional championship, earning All-Section 1ย honorable mention and All-County honors โฆ tabbed a three-star prospect by Rivals, Scout, ESPN and 247Sports โฆ rated as the No. 56 in the country by Scout.
