2021 SEASON (REDSHIRT FRESHMAN)
Appeared in nine games as a redshirt freshman, primarily on special teams โฆ credited with playing in 15 snaps on defense and 63 on special teams โฆ utilized primarily on kickoff coverage, seeing action in 53 total snaps โฆ made his lone tackle of the year as part of kickoff duty in the season opener against Houston (9/4) โฆ tackle placed Houston deep in its own territory after a big hit that resulted in only a 14-yard return โฆ the Red Raiders tied the game just two plays later on a Riko Jeffers interception that was returned for a touchdown โฆ AWARDS AND HONORS: recognized for work in the classroom as part of the Academic All-Big 12 second team.
