2023 SEASON (SUPER SENIOR)
Appeared in six games - all starts - during his lone season as a Red Raider … veteran presence along the offensive line, appearing primarily at left guard … moved inside with the Red Raiders after previously playing primarily left tackle while at Western Kentucky … missed half the regular season due to a leg injury suffered during Big 12 play … injury was suffered late in the win over Houston (9/30) that kept him off the field for the remainder of the regular season … returned for the Radiant Technologies Independence Bowl versus Cal (12/16) … credited with 454 offensive snaps on the season by Pro Football Focus, which gave him a 70.4 overall grade … received a 78.2 grade as a pass blocker after allowing only six pressures over 261 opportunities … surrendered only one sack during that span, giving him only nine allowed over 2,176 opportunities at the college level between his time at Texas Tech and Western Kentucky … only gave up one quarterback hit and four additional pressures overall on the season … AWARDS AND HONORS: member of the watch list for the Comeback Player of the Year by the College Sports Communicators (CSC) ... 2024 NFL DRAFT: signed as an undrafted free agent with the Tennessee Titans organization immediately following the draft.
