A local product out of Cooper High School in Lubbock ... helped the Pirates reach the Class 5A state semifinals for the first time in program history in 2019 ... played on the defensive line for the Pirates but will play on the offensive side at Tech ... showed his value in the trenches as he received a nod to the District 3-5A first team at defensive tackle.
