Appeared in all 13 games as a sophomore either on special teams … played key role on punt protection as one of wedge blockers … one of four Red Raiders who were placed on scholarship during preseason camp in a surprise on-field presentation following practice.

Did not see any game action … member of the dress roster several times during the season … scout team member.

Redshirt season … scout team member … did not play.
Attended Hutto High School in Hutto, Texas … named to the first team All-District squad for his work on the offensive line … was an integral contributor to an offensive line that did not allow a sack during the regular season and advanced to the third round of the state playoffs ... helped push Hutto to an 11-1 record his senior season.
