2016 SEASON (SOPHOMORE)
Saw action in nine games on the year, eight of which that came in starts along the offensive line … started the first four games of the season at right guard before moving to right tackle … made his first start at right tackle at Kansas State (10/8) … also made starts at the position against West Virginia (10/15), TCU (10/29) and Texas (11/5) … helped pave the way for a Red Raider offense that ended the year as the nation’s leader in passing offense and total offense … the Tech offense also ranked among the nation’s leaders in third-down conversion percentage (third), first downs offense (third) and scoring offense (fifth) ... AWARDS AND HONORS ... Academic All-Big 12 first team selection.
2015 SEASON (REDSHIRT FRESHMAN)
Appeared in five games in 2015 while making four starts at right guard ... made first career start against UTEP (9/12) ... part of a Texas Tech offensive line that had allowed just one sack during his five games played ... injured against Baylor (10/3) and was sidelined for the rest of the season.
