2016 SEASON (REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE)
Appeared in six games on the season, normally in a special teams role … made one tackle which came in season opener versus Stephen F. Austin (9/3) … also saw action against Kansas (9/29), West Virginia (10/15), Texas (11/5), Oklahoma State (11/12) and Baylor (11/25).
2015 SEASON (SOPHOMORE)
Did not play after transferring prior to the season.
2014 SEASON (NEW MEXICO STATE)
Played his 2014 freshman season at New Mexico State ... appeared in nine games on special teams as well as in the secondary ... totaled 24 tackles, including 15 solo takedowns ... combined for one tackle for a loss ... also recorded a pair of pass breakups and had two passes defended.
HIGH SCHOOL
Two-year starter at defensive back for Carroll High School in Southlake, Texas ... was a first team all-district selection as a senior ... recorded 45 tackles, 29 solo efforts, 14 pass break ups, two interceptions, a sack and a forced fumble during the 2013 season ... tallied 22 pass break ups, an interception and a field goal block as a junior en route to earning first team all-district honors.
