Ranked among Texas Tech’s top defensive players during senior season … played in all 12 games at linebacker while making eight starts … finished the year with 76 tackles (53 solo), third-most on the team … added 2.5 tackles for a loss as well as a forced fumble and fumble recovery … had two pass breakups and two quarterback hurries as well … IN BIG 12 RANKINGS: ranked 20th in the league for tackles per game (6.3) … averaged a similar 6.3 tackles per game during Big 12 play which ranked 24th overall … SEASON HIGHLIGHTS … opened the season with six tackles and a fumble recovery against Stephen F.
