2018 SEASON (SENIOR)
Once again a strong contributor during his final season as a Red Raider โฆ appeared in eight games at fullback or on special teams before an injury ended his season โฆ recorded two tackles on special teams, while rushing five times for 11 yards offensively โฆ added one reception for eight yards as well โฆ all five of his carries came in the blowout win over Lamar (9/8) โฆ also had a tackle versus the Cardinals as well as at Iowa State (10/27) โฆ ended his career with an eight-yard catch on Senior Night versus Texas (11/10) โฆ returned one kick on the season, resulting in 15 yards in the opener versus Ole Miss (9/1).
2017 SEASON (JUNIOR)
Saw action in the first five games of the year before an injury ended his season โฆ served key role as Texas Techโs B-Back (fullback) prior to his injury โฆ was also instrumental part of several special teams units โฆ ended the year with seven carries for 25 yards and three receptions for 28 yards and a touchdown โฆ added four tackles on special teams โฆ SEASON HIGHLIGHTS โฆ set career highs with seven carries for 25 yards in the season opener against Eastern Washington (9/2) โฆ marked the first collegiate carry of his career โฆ found the end zone for the first time in his career two weeks later against Arizona State (9/16) โฆ caught a Nic Shimonek pass in the flat and scampered in for a 10-yard touchdown reception late in the second quarter โฆ touchdown was one of two catches for 26 yards in the game โฆ final reception of the year came on a two-yard pass at Kansas (10/7) โฆ recorded a tackle in the Eastern Washington, Arizona State, Oklahoma State (9/30) and Kansas games.
2016 SEASON (SOPHOMORE)
Became Texas Techโs top blocking tight end/fullback as a sophomore โฆ appeared in 11 of 12 games while making three starts โฆ was one of the Red Raidersโ top options on special teams in addition to his role in the back field โฆ caught five passes for 96 yards on the year, averaging an impressive 19.2 yards per catch โฆ also made four tackles on special teams โฆ SEASON HIGHLIGHTS:ย made collegiate debut in season opener against Stephen F. Austin (9/3) โฆ collected first career tackle in Big 12 opener versus Kansas (9/29) โฆ played a significant role against Oklahoma (10/22), catching three passes for 49 yards, both of which that were career highs โฆ caught his first of three passes that went over 20 yards on the season against the Sooners โฆ had a 21-yard reception โฆ other two receptions on the year came at Oklahoma State (11/12) โฆ was on receiving end of a career-high 24 yard pass and then a 23-yarder against the Cowboys โฆ also had a career-high two tackles in the game โฆ made his first career start just a week prior against Texas (11/5) โฆ other two starts came at Iowa State (11/19) and against Baylor (11/25).
