2024 SEASON (JUNIOR)
Appeared in only two games before suffering a season-ending knee injury following the second week of the year … entered the season as Texas Tech’s backup running back behind Tahj Brooks … combined for nine carries for 40 yards and one reception for one yard over those two games … bulk of his stats came at Washington State (9/7) with eight carries for 34 yards and his lone reception in place of an injured Brooks … only other carry was for six yards against Abilene Christian (8/31) in the season opener.
2023 SEASON (SOPHOMORE)
Appeared in 10 games as Texas Tech’s primary backup running back his sophomore season … missed three games throughout the season, including two during non-conference play, due to injury … totaled 286 rushing yards and a touchdown on the ground off 52 carries, while adding three catches for 27 yards as well … had five or more carries in six of his 10 games overall … credited with 111 offensive snaps by Pro Football Focus, which awarded him a 77.4 grade for the season … ranked second on the team for overall grade among those with at least 100 offensive snaps … SEASON HIGHLIGHTS: carried six times for 20 yards in the season opener at Wyoming (9/2) … missed the final two games of non-conference play from there and was limited in the Big 12 opener at West Virginia (9/23) … put together a career outing the next week against Houston (9/30) with six carries for 111 yards and a touchdown … marked the first 100-yard performance of his career and one of two on the year by a Red Raider not named Tahj Brooks, who had 101 rushing yards of his own in the win … marked only the third time in program history Texas Tech has boasted two 100-yard rushers … other two occurrences came in 1998 with Ricky Williams and Rob Peters versus Baylor and then 2012 with Eric Stephens and Kenny Williams versus New Mexico … totaled bulk of his yardage via a 54-yard scamper early in the third quarter and then a 41-yard touchdown run early in the fourth quarter … his 54-yard run was the longest of his career and set up a Red Raider touchdown a play later on an 11-yard touchdown pass from Behren Morton to Myles Price … received six carries again each of the next two weeks, resulting in 21 yards at Baylor (10/7) and 22 yards versus Kansas State (10/14) … caught all three of his receptions for the season against the Wildcats, ending with 27 receiving yards … combined for 11 carries the remainder of the regular season, finishing with three attempts for seven yards versus TCU (11/2), four for 14 yards at Kansas (11/11) and four for 17 yards at Texas (11/24) … missed the victory against UCF (11/18) during that stretch due to injury … spelled Brooks late in the win over Cal (12/16) in the Radiance Technologies Independence Bowl, rushing a career-high 12 times for 36 yards in the win.
2022 SEASON (REDSHIRT FRESHMAN)
Displayed his potential as a rusher over his four appearances as a redshirt freshman … kept off the field until late in the year due to a preseason injury … saw action in four of the final five games of the season, including the TaxAct Texas Bowl win over Ole Miss (12/28) … totaled 18 carries overall for 169 rushing yards and a long of 38 yards … made his season debut at TCU (11/5), receiving three late carries for 71 yards … his first handoff went a career-long 38 yards versus the Horned Frogs, only to be followed a few plays later by a 30-yard scamper to the TCU 3 yard line that set up a touchdown … role increased significantly against Kansas (11/12) with a career-high 11 carries for 66 yards … finished with only three carries for three yards in the road win at Iowa State (11/19) … limited to only one carry against Ole Miss (12/28) but it was an explosive one, going 29 yards midway through the fourth quarter.

Clark is currently playing with the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFL ... also cousins with former Oklahoma standout Dede Westbrook, who was selected in the fourth round of the 2017 NFL Draft by the Jacksonville Jaguars ... other cousin, Wendell Mitchell, was a basketball student-athlete at Texas A&M and now plays professionally overseas ...a university studies major at Texas Tech.
