2025 SEASON (SENIOR)
- Closed his Red Raider career as Texas Tech’s leading receiver as a senior … started all 14 games at wide receiver for the Red Raiders, closing his career with 34 starts over four seasons in 40 games played … was one of seven Red Raiders on the offensive side of the ball to start in all 14 games and one of 15 players on the team to do so.
- Team leader with 846 receiving yards and seven receiving touchdowns in his second-consecutive season with 800-plus yards through the air … marked the most touchdown catches in a season of his career …averaged 60.4 receiving yards per game to lead the Red Raiders, who averaged 278.5 passing yards as a team, which ranked 15th nationally … was third on the team with 54 receptions, which barely trailed Reggie Virgil (57) and Terrance Carter Jr. (55) … also the team leader with a 15.7 yards per catch average that was the highest of his career.Â
- Caught at least one pass in 13 of 14 passes with the lone exception being versus Oregon (1/1) in the Capital One Orange Bowl … hauled in multiple catches in 12 games overall and had five or more receptions in six different contests … put together two 100-yard outings with both coming during Big 12 play … finished with at least 50 receiving yards in eight different games, with seven of those coming against conference foes.Â
- Averaged 73.9 yards per game during Big 12 play thanks to more targets with the Red Raiders embroiled in tighter games … caught only seven passes over the first three games as Texas Tech delivered with three blowout victories … led the team in receiving yards in six different games, all in Big 12 play, despite having at least a share of the team high for receptions in only three games.Â
- Consistent big play threat with more than 50 percent of his receptions - 29 to be exact - resulting in at least 10 yards … of that total, had 12 explosive catches of 20 or more yards, with eight going for 30-plus yards and four for at least 40 yards … was the lone Red Raider with multiple catches of at least 50 yards on the season.Â
- Credited with 886 offensive snaps by Pro Football Focus, which led all non-offensive linemen on the team … marked the most snaps in a season of his collegiate career … had 292 yards after catch per PFF, which was fourth on the team … publication also listed him with six contested catches, which was tied for third overall on the team.Â
- AWARDS AND HONORS: named to the All-Big 12 second team by the conference coaches, the first postseason honor of his career … preseason candidate as part of the Biletnikoff Award and Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Award watch lists … seen as a potential NFL wideout prior to the season as a member of the Shrine Bowl 1,000 and Panini Senior Bowl Top 300 lists … recognized as the Shrine Bowl Breakout Offensive Player of the Week on Nov. 3 following a strong outing at Kansas State.
- IN BIG 12 RANKINGS: finished fifth in the league for receiving yards (846) and eighth for yards per receptions (15.67) … was just outside the top 10 for receiving yards per game (60.4), finishing 12th overall … ranked among the conference’s top wide receivers for explosive plays as his 15 catches of 20 or more yards was tied for second overall … was fourth with 8 catches of at least 30 yards and was tied for ninth with 29 catches of 10 or more yards.Â
- SEASON HIGHLIGHTS:Â
- Began the year with three catches for 44 yards in the season opener versus Arkansas-Pine Bluff (8/30) … was on the receiving end of a 12-yard reception from Behren Morton on Texas Tech’s first offensive play of the season to start a four-play, 39-yard touchdown drive … limited to only two catches for 37 yards the next week versus Kent State (9/6), another blowout win where most of Texas Tech’s starters departed the game after halftime.Â
- Closed non-conference play with just two catches but had 77 receiving yards and a touchdown in the win over Oregon State (9/13) … broke loose down the right sideline for a 61-yard touchdown catch on only Texas Tech’s third possession of the game, giving the Red Raiders a 14-0 lead … marked his longest reception of the season and was one yard shy of his career high that was set in 2022 while at Florida.
- Opened Big 12 play with four catches for 68 yards in the win at Utah (9/20), including a key 29-yard grab over the middle that set up a field goal before halftime … followed with his first 100-yard outing of the season two weeks later at Houston (10/4) with seven receptions for 114 yards … made two catches of at least 30 yards in the first half alone with both leading to Stone Harrington field goals .. added another catch for 23 yards just before halftime to break the 100-yard mark before the break on five catches.Â
- Combined for 10 catches the next two weeks with six grabs for 55 yards versus Kansas (10/11) and four receptions for 19 yards at Arizona State (10/18) … nearly reached the 100-yard mark in the rout over Oklahoma State (10/25) with five catches for 98 yards and a touchdown … put the game away just after halftime versus the Cowboys on a 42-yard strike from Mitch Griffis for a 35-0 lead … converted a 3rd-and-7 later in the third quarter with a 23-yard reception that set up Texas Tech’s final touchdown, which came on a 1-yard run from Griffis.Â
- Kicked off the month of November with eight catches for 82 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Red Raiders to their first win at Kansas State (11/1) since 2008 … both touchdowns came in the second half via a 1-yard pass to the back of the end zone to push Texas Tech’s lead to 29-14 late in the third quarter and then a 19-yard strike for a 43-20 lead with 2:54 remaining in regulation … marked the second multi-touchdown game of his career, both as a Red Raider … was called down after review just shy of the goal line prior to his first touchdown as part of a 26-yard haul.Â
- Found the end zone for a third-consecutive week against BYU (11/8) thanks to a 9-yard fade route to the corner that gave the Red Raiders a 10-0 lead late in the first quarter … was one of two catches in the win for 12 yards … marked the first time in his career to have a touchdown reception in three-consecutive games.Â
- Put together back-to-back strong games to close the regular season with five catches for 90 yards versus UCF (11/15) and five receptions for 127 yards and two touchdowns at West Virginia (11/29) … had back-to-back explosive catches just before halftime versus the Knights that went for 25 and 32 yards to set up a Stone Harrington field goal for a 38-2 lead … helped the Red Raiders capitalize on a defensive fourth-down stop the next week at West Virginia by hauling in a 19-yard touchdown catch to give the Red Raiders an early 21-0 lead late in the first quarter … connected with Behren Morton again on a four-yard touchdown grab two drives later to push the lead to 28-0 before halftime … ultimately combined for 10 catches for 217 yards and a pair of touchdowns over that two-game stretch.Â
- Limited to only one catch over the final two games, which resulted in a 23-yard gain midway through the third quarter in the Edward Jones Big 12 Championship versus BYU (12/6) … snapped a streak of 30-consecutive games with a reception in the Capital One Orange Bowl versus Oregon (1/1).Â
- POSTSEASON ALL-STAR GAMES: one of five Red Raiders selected to play in the prestigious Panini Senior Bowl … was part of the National Team for the weeklong event, which is annually attended by all 32 NFL teams.Â
- NFL SCOUTING COMBINE: one of a school-record eight Red Raiders to receive an invitation to the NFL Scouting Combine.
2024 SEASON (JUNIOR)
- The lone skill player on offense to start in all 13 games on the season and one of three players to do so on the offensive side of the ball, joining offensive linemen Caleb Rogers and Sheridan Wilson … was one of seven Red Raiders total to start in all 13 games.Â
- Put together a breakout season in his debut with the Red Raiders finishing as Texas Tech’s second-leading receiver after catching 60 passes for 877 yards and six touchdowns … easily the highest single-season numbers of his career after entering the season with 21 receptions for 208 yards and three touchdowns during his two seasons at Florida … averaged 67.5 yards per game over the course of the season.Â
- Combined with Josh Kelly to form one of the top wide receiver duos in the Big 12 Conference and the country … were the first pair of Texas Tech receivers to both total at least 800 receiving yards in a season since Antoine Wesley and Ja’Deion High in 2018 … formed one of three Big 12 duos with at least 800 receiving yards during 2024 season and one of only 12 in the FBS.Â
- Bulk of yardage came during Big 12 play after emerging as a big-play threat at Arizona … caught 45 passes for 625 yards and five touchdowns in conference games alone … finished with three 100-yard games against conference opponents and added another in the AutoZone Liberty Bowl versus Arkansas … came close to another 100-yard outing with 99 receiving yards against Baylor midway through the season.
- Of his 60 total catches, 33 went for at least 10 yards, while 14 of those eclipsed 20 yards … had nine catches that went 30 or more yards, five of at least 40 yards and one of 50 yards on the season … had 38 of his total catches result in a first down.Â
- Led the team in receiving yards in five different games, including four times during Big 12 play and then again in the bowl game … shared the team high for receptions in back-to-back games at Arizona and against Baylor and was the team leader at TCU and in the bowl game.Â
- Credited with 730 offensive snaps by Pro Football Focus, which was eighth on the offense and third among non-quarterback skill players … publication listed him with 346 yards after catch, which ranked second on the team … listed with 11 missed tackles forced, which was third on the team for receptions behind only Josh Kelly (26) and Tahj Brooks (12) … had only three drops, according to the publication.Â
- IN BIG 12 RANKINGS: closed the season ranked 10th in the Big 12 for both receiving yards (877) and receiving yards per game (67.5) … was 11th in the league for receiving touchdowns (6) and 12th for receptions per game (4.6) … also ranked nine in the league for receiving yards per game during conference play (69.4) and 10th for receiving yards during Big 12 play (625) … his 45 receptions against conference opponents was 11th overall … was fifth in the conference with nine catches of 30 or more yards.Â
- AWARDS AND HONORS: recognized on the Comeback Player of the Year watch list midway through the season by the College Sports Communicators (CSC).Â
- Abilene Christian (8/31): made his Red Raider debut with four catches for 42 yards and a touchdown versus the Wildcats … found the end zone for the first time as a Red Raider came via a 14-yard touchdown pass from Behren Morton in the overtime period … marked the fourth touchdown catch of his career at the time.Â
- at Washington State (9/7): followed with four catches for 71 yards versus the Cougars before closing the non-conference slate with two catches for 24 yards against North Texas (9/14) … his 71 receiving yards were a career high at the time … performance was boosted by a 42-yard haul late in the second quarter that led to a Gino Garcia field goal with 5:33 remaining before halftime.Â
- Arizona State (9/21): began Big 12 play with five catches for 63 yards against the Sun Devils … made two catches of 21 and 17 yards on the opening drive alone, leading to a Behren Morton touchdown pass to Johncarlos Miller II … followed with a 22-yard catch on the next drive as the Red Raiders took an early 14-0 lead.Â
- Cincinnati (9/28): limited to a season-low one reception for four yards in the victory over the Bearcats.
- at Arizona (10/5): hit the 100-yard mark for the first time in his career after catching five passes for 116 yards against the Wildcats … connected with Morton on a deep 57-yard pass and again a player later for a 19-yard gain to put the Red Raiders in position for a Gino Garcia 30-yard field goal as time expired before halftime … the 57-yard catch was his longest of the season and the second-longest of his career dating back to his time at Florida … had three catches for 78 yards on that drive alone, giving the Red Raiders an 18-3 lead at the half … went deep again for a 32-yard reception late in the fourth quarter that set up another Garcia field goal to give the Red Raiders the lead again at 21-19 with 2:21 remaining.Â
- Baylor (10/19): set a new career high with nine receptions, resulting in 99 yards and three touchdowns … marked the first multi-touchdown game of his career and the first time a Red Raider had three or more touchdown catches in a game since Antoine Wesley had the same amount versus Houston in 2018 … was the first time a Red Raider had three touchdown receptions against a conference opponent since Bradley Marquez had the same amount versus Baylor to close the 2024 season … had touchdown catches of 12 and 20 yards in the first half and then one from 7-yard out late in the fourth quarter … his 20-yard touchdown pass came via a trick play where tight end Jalin Conyers took a handoff and threw a corner route to the end zone near the line of scrimmage.Â
- at TCU (10/26): matched his career high for receptions only a week later while setting a new career mark for receiving yards after catching nine passes for 140 yards in Fort Worth … had back-to-back catches to set up a Tahj Brooks touchdown early in the second quarter as Morton found him for 11 yards and then 44 yards as part of a three-play, 59-yard drive … set up another touchdown to start the third quarter thanks to a 36-yard pass from Will Hammond … the Red Raiders scored on a Coy Eakin 13-yard touchdown pass a play later to take a 24-14 lead.Â
- at Iowa State (11/2): started the month of November with five catches for 35 yards in the win over the Cyclones … four of his five receptions came in the first quarter, which resulted in a Josh Kelly touchdown followed by a Gino Garcia 44-yard field goal.Â
- Colorado (11/9): held to just three receptions for nine yards against Colorado.
- at Oklahoma State (11/23): surpassed the 100-yard mark for the third time of the season against the Cowboys with five catches for 102 yards and a touchdown … found the end zone for the fifth time on the season via a nine-yard touchdown catch from Morgan to cap Texas Tech’s opening drive … started the drive with a 34-yard catch down the right sideline on the first offensive play of the game … made a 25-yard catch early in Texas Tech’s first drive of the third quarter, which ultimately resulted in a Jalin Conyers touchdown pass … followed with a 20-yard haul in the fourth quarter, pushing the ball pass midfield for an eventual Tahj Brooks 40-yard touchdown run.Â
- West Virginia (11/30): wrapped the regular season with three catches for 50 yards and a touchdown in the rout over the Mountaineers … touchdown came via a 31-yard strike from Morton on Texas Tech’s first drive of the second half, pushing the Red Raiders’ lead to 42-3 in the third quarter.Â
- vs. Arkansas (12/27): put together a strong finish to the season with five catches for 115 yards in the AutoZone Liberty Bowl … had two catches of at least 40 yards versus the Razorbacks, one in first quarter that led to a Gino Garcia 37-yard field goal and another in the second quarter that resulted in a Jalin Conyers’ touchdown run … second explosive play was among the most-watched plays on social media as he leaped over an Arkansas defender for an acrobatic catch.
PRIOR TO TEXAS TECH
- Returned to the Lone Star State following two seasons at the University of Florida … arrived with two seasons of eligibility remaining with the Red Raiders … participated in 2024 spring football at Texas Tech.
- Appeared in 13 games over his career in Gainesville with seven starts … combined for 21 catches over that time for 308 yards and three touchdowns … averaged 14.7 yards per reception with a long of 62 yards over his two seasons … combined to appear in 483 offensive snaps as a Gator according to Pro Football Focus.
- 2023 SEASON (SOPHOMORE at FLORIDA): started first five games of the year before suffering a season-ending injury … in a season cut short, finished with 11 catches for 133 yards and a touchdown.
- Hauled in four receptions for 42 yards with a touchdown in the season opener at No. 14 Utah (8/31) ... made one catch for 34 yards at Kentucky (9/30) ... tied his career-high with four catches for 37 yards against Charlotte (9/23) ... had two receptions for 20 yards against No. 11 Tennessee (9/16).
- 2022 SEASON (FRESHMAN at FLORIDA): appeared in eight games with two starts as only a true freshman … recorded 10 catches for 175 yards with two touchdowns on the season.
- Made first career start late in the season versus South Carolina (11/12) … led all receivers with 53 receiving yards on three catches against the Gamecocks … earned his second start in the Las Vegas Bowl against Oregon State (12/17), making two catches for 25 yards.
- Previously made collegiate debut versus Eastern Washington (10/2) with first career catch being a 62-yard touchdown … later caught three passes for 25 yards and a touchdown at Texas A&M (11/5) and one catch for 10 yards at Vanderbilt (11/19).
- Member of the SEC First-Year Academic Honor Roll.

- Attended Hightower High School in Missouri City, Texas near Houston … departed as one of the top athletes in school history … ranked fourth all-time in school history with 1,221 receiving yards in just two seasons as a wide receiver.
- Named the District 10-5A Co-Offensive MVP as a senior after catching 51 passes for 984 yards and five touchdowns … was a first team All-District selection his junior year.
- Considered a four-star prospect by both On3 and ESPN coming out of high school … ranked as 24th among wide receivers nationally by On3 and No. 33 among recruits in the state of Florida by the publication … signed with Florida over offers from USC, LSU and Notre Dame, among others.
