2024 SEASON (JUNIOR)
- Immediately became Texas Tech’s primary punter during his first season as a Red Raider … appeared in all 13 games as both a punter and the field goal holder.Â
- Averaged 42.2 yards per punt over his 47 attempts on the season … known for his punt placement with 23 going for fair catches and 19 being downed inside the 20-yard line … also had five punts of at least 50 yards with a long for the season of 59 yards.Â
- Called on to punt in 12 of 13 games overall with the lone exception being the regular season finale against West Virginia (11/30) … the Red Raiders scored in nine of their 10 possessions in the 52-15 rout of the Mountaineers with lone exception being the result of an interception … marked the first time Texas Tech did not punt in a game since facing Kansas in 2021.
- Ended the season with a 76.2 overall grade from Pro Football Focus, which ranked 21st nationally … publication listed him with a 4.06 hangtime for the season, which was tied for 17th nationally and fifth in the Big 12 Conference.Â
- IN THE BIG 12 RANKINGS: Ended the season ranked fourth in the league for punting average (42.2) … had the fourth-most punt attempts on the season in the conference.Â
- Averaged more than 40.0 yards per punt in 11 of 12 games with an attempt overall … lone exception was versus Cincinnati (9/28) with one attempt for only 37 yards … punt came from the Cincinnati 47-yard line and pinned the Bearkats at their own 10-yard line with less than two minutes remaining and the Red Raiders leading 44-41.Â
- Top average on the season came in the win over North Texas (9/14) with four attempts for 182 yards (45.5 average) … second-highest average with multiple attempts was a 43.8 clip versus Arkansas (12/27) in the AutoZone Liberty Bowl … also had a 43.7 average on three attempts versus Colorado (11/9) late in the season.Â
- Set a season high with seven punt attempts in the win at Arizona (10/5) … called on to punt at least five times in four different games against Arizona State (9/21) and then three-consecutive contests versus Baylor (10/19), TCU (10/26) and Iowa State (11/2).
PRIOR TO TEXAS TECH
- Arrived at Texas Tech as one of the top FCS punters in the country at Weber State with two seasons of eligibility remaining … the second Australian-born punter to sign with the Red Raiders since 2017, joining Dominic Panazzolo (2017-18), who also transferred to Texas Tech with two years of eligibility from a program in Utah (Snow College).
- Averaged 44.1 yards per punt over 100 attempts during his two seasons with a long of 70 yards … booted 25 of his attempts 50 or more yards, including 20 during his sophomore season alone … accurate placement with 44 punts downed inside the 20 over his career and only eight touchbacks.
- 2023 SEASON (SOPHOMORE at WEBER STATE): one of eight semifinalists for the FCS Punter of the Year Award as a sophomore … an honorable mention All-Big Sky selection as well after averaging 47.2 yards per punt on his 54 attempts.
- Led the Big Sky Conference and ranked second in the FCS in punting average … the Wildcats were also second in the FCS with a 42.0 net punting average … had 20 of his punts go at least 50 yards … downed 21 of his punts inside the 20 to give Weber State significant field position throughout the season.
- 2022 SEASON (FRESHMAN at WEBER STATE): joined the Wildcats in the summer of 2022 and played in all 13 games, helping Weber State to a 10-win season and a trip to the second round of the FCS Playoffs.
- Finished ninth in the Big Sky with an average of 40.5 yards per punt … had 46 punts on the year for 1,863 yards with five attempts of more than 50 yards, including a season-long of 68 yards in a win over Montana … placed 23 punts – exactly 50.0 percent of his attempts – inside the 20-yard line … averaged a season-high 50.0 yards per punt in WSU’s win over Eastern Washington.
- Earned Academic All-Big Sky honors for his work in the classroom.
