- A local product out of Lubbock Cooper High School … powered LCP to an 8-4 regular season record as a senior in under head coach Chip Darden after the Pirates exited the Class 5A playoffs in the area round … regarded as one of the top athletes in West Texas.
- Set the LCP single-season record as a senior with 1,206 yards and 17 receiving yards on 68 catches … added five more scores with three kickoff return touchdowns and two rushing touchdowns … tabbed the Offensive MVP of District 2-5A as a senior after previously earning first team accolades his junior year.
- Accounted for six receptions for 93 yards and touchdowns in the Pirates 34-28 loss to Prosper’s Walnut Grove in the area round of the playoffs … one of his three kickoff returns came against Abilene Cooper, a 98-yard return on the opening kickoff of the game … was part of a four-touchdown game versus Abilene Cooper, accounting for all three touchdowns scored in the first quarter and a fourth coming on a 57-yard run in the second quarter as the Pirates took a 42-3 lead into the locker rooms at halftime … the performance made him a nominee for Dave Campbell Texas Football Mr. Texas Football Player of the Week.

- A three-sport athlete for the Pirates as a member of the basketball and track teams … advanced to the 2024 Class 5A UIL state track & field meet in the high jump as a junior, placing sixth with a leap of 6 feet, 2 inches … finished second at regionals with a 6 feet, 8 inches leap (PR) that ranked him 17th in the state.
