- Attended Lancaster High School, a 6A program located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex โฆ played both sides of the ball as a wide receiver and defensive back for Lancaster โฆ ย recruited to play defensive back at Texas Tech and projected at safety, specifically โฆ was also a linebacker and kicker while at Lancaster. ย
- Helped push Lancaster to the second round of the 6A Division II playoffs as a senior, defeating Harker Heights, 40-35, in the first round before falling to Longview in the second round โฆ made a key interception in overtime versus Cedar Hill to give Lancasterโs offense to opportunity to win the game, 41-35, aiding a 4-3 season record in district play.
