2025 SEASON (JUNIOR)
PRIOR TO TEXAS TECH
HIGH SCHOOL
- Joined the Red Raiders in late May as a spring addition from the transfer portal … will have two seasons of eligibility remaining (as well as a possible redshirt) with the Red Raiders.
PRIOR TO TEXAS TECH
- Arrived at Texas Tech after spending two seasons at Big 12 counterpart Arizona State and one year at Idaho State … experience as both a place kicker and punter during his collegiate career … also saw time as a kickoff specialist at both schools.
- Combined to appear in 24 games over his career with 13 appearances at Arizona State and 11 at Idaho State … found the uprights on 14-of-23 field goal attempts over his career and 36-of-39 PAT tries … averaged 38.9 yards per punt between the two schools on 72 attempts with 13 of those being downed inside the 20 yard line.
- 2024 SEASON (REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE at ARIZONA STATE): moved into a more prominent role as Arizona State’s field goal leader for a program that won the Big 12 title and played in the College Football Playoff … was 7-for-12 on field goal attempts on the season and 20-of-21 on PAT tries … three of his five misses on the season came from 40-plus yards … called on to kickoff 15 times with an average of 54.2 yards per boot and only one attempt that went out of bounds.
- Found the uprights on 2-of-3 attempts in the season opener versus Wyoming (8/31) with successful tries from 24 and 29 yards … was a perfect 3-for-3 the next week against Mississippi State (9/7) with successful attempts from 27, 46 and 47 yards … his two makes from 46 and 47 yards marked his two longest successful tries on the season … closed non-conference play by drilling a 22-yarder against Texas State (9/14) … unable to do the same on a 51-yard attempt in that same game, his longest try of his Arizona State career.
- Began Big 12 play by making his only attempt against his new school in Texas Tech (9/21) … the successful 34-yarder put the Sun Devils on the board with 13:10 remaining in the second quarter and the Red Raiders leading 14-3 as a result … missed his final three attempts on the season with a 38-yard attempt against Kansas (10/5) and tries from 41 and 48 yards at Cincinnati (10/19).
- 2023 SEASON (SOPHOMORE at ARIZONA STATE): redshirt season … appeared in four games for the Sun Devils, mainly as a punter … called on for 16 punts, averaging 39.6 yards an attempt with three of those downed inside the 20 … averaged 41.7 yards per punt in his Arizona State debut versus Colorado (10/7) with three of his six punts being downed inside the 20 … recorded his longest punt of the season at 50 yards versus the Buffaloes … later averaged 38.0 yards per punt on eight attempts at Utah (11/4) and 40.0 yards a punt on two punts versus Arizona (11/25).
- 2022 SEASON (FRESHMAN at IDAHO STATE): Earned both the kicking and punting jobs as only a true freshman with the Bengals … appeared in 11 games total, finishing 7-of-11 on field goal attempts while averaging 38.7 yards per punt … downed 10 of his 56 punt attempts inside the 20 and had 22 attempts fair caught … averaged 57.8 yards on kickoffs with 14 of his 36 attempts resulting in a touchback and only one that went out of bounds.
- As a field goal kicker, was 4-of-5 from inside 39 yards and 3-of-6 from 40-plus yards … longest field goal of the season was from 50 yards against Montana (10/1) … also booted his longest punt of the season against Montana, sailing one of his six attempts 67 yards … found the uprights from 40-plus yards twice against Cal Poly (10/15) with successful tries from 44 and 47 yards.
HIGH SCHOOL
- Attended Highland High School in his hometown of Pocatello, Idaho … averaged 40.9 yards per punt at the prep level and was 19-for-23 on field goals as a senior with a long of 58 yards.
- Helped push Highland to the Idaho Class 5A state final his senior year with a successful 40-yard field goal as time expired … previously set the Idaho state record with a 58-yard field goal in a quarterfinal win over Rocky Mountain High School … delivered the game-winning field goal in that victory as well with a successful 45-yard attempt with 3:25 remaining in regulation.
- Earned a five-star rating by Chris Sailer Kicking and was rated the No. 36 kicking prospect in the country by the outlet out of high school.
