- Once again a key member of Texas Tech’s special teams units, appearing in 13 of 14 games as a senior … missed only the season opener versus Arkansas-Pine Bluff (8/30) due to injury.
- Regular member of the kickoff and punt return units, combining for 130 snaps on special teams according to Pro Football Focus … bulk came via kickoff coverage, ranking tied for sixth on the team with 95 snaps … recorded lone tackle of the season on kickoff coverage, which came in his season debut versus Kent State (9/6).
2024 SEASON (JUNIOR)
- Appeared in all 13 games as a regular member of the kickoff coverage unit as well as on kickoff returns and punt returns … ranked as one of Texas Tech’s top special teams contributors.
- Finished second on the team with 89 total offensive snaps on kickoff coverage, according to Pro Football Focus … made two tackles on the season with special teams stops against both Arizona State (9/21) and at Arizona (10/5).
2023 SEASON (SOPHOMORE)
- Appeared in all 13 games as a sophomore, mainly on special teams as a member of both the kickoff and punt return units … made one tackle on the season, which came in the Independence Bowl victory over Cal (12/16).
- Credited with 86 snaps on special teams by Pro Football Focus, including 66 on kickoff coverage, which trailed only Terrell Tilmon on the team.
2022 SEASON (REDSHIRT FRESHMAN)
- Saw action in one game during his redshirt freshman season, which came in the season opener against Murray State (9/3) … scout team member.
2021 SEASON (FRESHMAN)
- Redshirt season … scout team member … did not see any game action.
HIGH SCHOOL
- Attended Lovejoy High School near his hometown of Lucas, Texas … helped lead Lovejoy to a 13-1 record as a senior, advancing to the fourth round of the 5A playoffs … served as a team captain that season.
- Earned first team All-State and first team All-Area honors as a senior after making 105 tackles and recording seven interceptions … participated in track, power lifting and fishing at Lovejoy as well.
