- Appeared in 10 games as a redshirt freshman as part of the outside linebacker rotation โฆ credited with three pressures over his 69 defensive snaps by Pro Football Focus, which all came in the first two games of the season versus Arkansas-Pine Bluff (8/30) and Kent State (9/6).ย
- Recorded two tackles on the season, which both came during Big 12 play โฆ tackle versus Kansas (10/11) resulted in a 15-yard loss following a David Bailey strip sack earlier in the play โฆ added his other tackle in the regular-season finale at West Virginia (11/29).ย
