- Redshirt season … did not see any game action during first season on campus … scout team member.
- Recognized as the scout team offensive player of the week following Texas Tech’s win over Arizona State in the Big 12 opener.
HIGH SCHOOL
- Attended Prosper High School in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex … the Eagles had a perfect 7-0 season in district play to claim the 5-6A crown his senior year in 2023 under head coach Tyler Moore … advanced to the regional semifinal round of the Class 6A Division I playoffs defeating Plano East in the first round and Lake Highlands in the area round … fell to North Crowley in the regional semifinal, marking just their second loss all season before finishing 11-2 overall.
- Named a unanimous first team All-District 5-6A offensive selection as a senior ... led an offensive front that cleared the way for a ground game that produced 196.7 rushing yards per game … recognized as an Under Armour All-American in the fall of 2023 and participated in the game held in Orlando, Fla. the following January.
- Garnered third team All-District 5-6A honors as a junior ... combined to not allow a single sack over 28 games during junior and senior seasons.
- Considered a consensus four-star recruit by Rivals, On3, ESPN and 247Sports … listed as a top-300 prospect by the likes of On3 (No. 135), 247Sports (No. 190) and ESPN (No. 282) ... ranked as high as No. 22 among state of Texas recruits by On3 and No. 11 among offensive tackles nationally ... was No. 31 among recruits in the Lone Star State by 247Sports and No. 16 among offensive tackles.
