PRIOR TO TEXAS TECH
HIGH SCHOOL
- Big addition for the Red Raiders up front after arriving following two seasons at Washington (2024-25) and two years at Garden City Community College (2022-23) in Kansas … will spend his final season of eligibility as a Red Raider, giving Texas Tech an experienced interior defensive lineman in the middle of its distance.
- Redshirted his first season at Washington, ultimately playing in 15 games with one start between his two years on campus … combined to make 24 tackles, including 3.5 for a loss with 2.0 sacks, to go along with a fumble recovery … credited with 354 defensive snaps by Pro Football Focus with the vast majority coming during his second season as a Huskie.
- Among the most highly-recruited interior defensive linemen to enter the transfer portal during the 2026 cycle … ranked ninth in On3’s listing of the top defensive linemen in the transfer portal, giving Texas Tech to of the nation’s top signees between him and Wake Forest transfer Mateen Ibirogba.
- 2025 SEASON (REDSHIRT JUNIOR AT WASHINGTON): grew into a larger role during second season as a Huskie, appearing in 12 of 13 games with his lone start coming in non-conference win over UC Davis (9/6) … did not play in Washington’s bowl game after announcing his intentions to enter the transfer portal.
- Finished with 19 tackles, including 2.5 for a loss and 2.0 sacks … also recovered a fumble for the Washington defense … made at least one tackle in 10 different contests and had multiple stops in five of those games.
- Lone tackle in the win over UC Davis was a shared tackle for loss … followed by securing another tackle two weeks later at Washington State (9/20) to go with a fumble recovery, the first takeaway of his career … fumble recovery came early in the fourth quarter, giving Washington the ball back near the red zone in the Apple Cup win.
- Recorded multiple-tackle performances during Big Ten play with two stops against Ohio State (9/27), Rutgers (10/10) and Wisconsin (11/8), three at Michigan (10/18) and a career-high five in the regular-season finale versus Oregon (11/29) … notched his first career sack in the win over Rutgers and then added his second of the year at UCLA (11/22) … sack versus the Bruins went for a 15-yard loss early in the third quarter, giving the Huskies a third-down stop to set up a punt and a touchdown drive for a 34-0 lead.
- Considered one of the nation’s top run-stopping interior defensive linemen by Pro Football Focus, which awarded him a 74.0 overall grade … had an 80.3 grade in rush defense, which ranked 25th among power conference interior defensive linemen with at least 300 defensive snaps … publication credited him with 305 defensive snaps and 14 total pressures.
- 2024 SEASON (JUNIOR AT WASHINGTON): redshirt season … appeared in only three games against Weber State (8/31) and Eastern Michigan (9/7) and then UCLA (11/15) late in Big Ten play … made his Washington debut with four tackles against Weber State, including one for a loss, against Weber State … added his own other tackle on the season the next week in a win over Eastern Michigan.
- AT GARDEN CITY COMMUNITY COLLEGE (2022-23): dominant at the junior college level with 59 combined tackles, 15.5 tackles for loss and 8.0 sacks between his two seasons … was a second team All-Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference (KJCCC) selection following both of his two seasons.
- Credited with 31 tackles, 13.5 tackles for loss and 5.0 sacks over only nine games as a true freshman in 2022 … followed with 28.0 tackles, 12.0 tackles for loss and 3.0 sacks as a sophomore a year later to go along with a forced fumble and three pass breakups.
