Attended North Crowley High School in Crowley, Texas ... spent time at wide receiver before transitioning to safety ... spent all four years on varsity ... recorded 65 tackles, two interceptions and nine pass breakups in his senior campaign ... his junior year he broke out for 40 tackles, five interceptions and two pass breakups ... finished his high school career with 134 tackles, 11 pass breakups, eight interceptions and 149 receiving yards … helped his team to a second-straight Texas 6A D-1 State Championship game, which will be played on December 5, after going 12-1 in the regular season ... apart of a defense that has not let up more than 21 points in the postseason ... his junior year, helped his team go a perfect 16-0 on their way to a Texas 6A D-1 State Championship ... had an interception in almost every game of the team’s playoff run, including one against No. 1 Duncanville to get the upset victory ... as a sophomore, helped his team go 14-1 with an appearance in the Texas 6A D-1 State Semifinals ... a track athlete as well, he ran a 22.4 200m ... committed to Tech on April 18 ... will graduate in January of 2026 ...
